Compline
Every Sunday from September through May a small group gathers in a semi-darkened nave at 8:30 p.m. to pray the Prayer Office of Compline. This prayer at the close of the day comes from the Benedictine monasteries. The group that attends Compline sings hymns and chants unaccompanied, aided by the splendid acoustics of our worship space. It is a very restful way to end the weekend and prepare for the coming week. The service lasts from 15-20 minutes. There is no sermon and no offering.
